Blair is a seasoned project manager with a track record of successful engagements in online advertising, human resources, and competitive strategy. Prior to his consulting career, he worked for a Fortune 500 service bureau as account manager in business-to-business sales, where he specialized in cultivating relationships with CPA firms.

He is passionate about sales, marketing, and business strategy. Being tested with a steep learning curve and attaining confidence in new subject matter excites and motivates Blair for each new day. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and earned an MBA from Seattle University.

In his free time, Blair loves outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, skiing, and hiking. He also enjoys traveling with his wife Sarah and experiencing diverse cultures in countries around the globe.

Greg is a versatile and seasoned business development professional with experience in a variety of technology-focused industries.  He has a passion for incubating growth and a track record of success.

Greg most recently directed sales and channel efforts for an emerging software services company in the energy sector.  Greg has also spent considerable time in consulting where he focused on regulatory affairs and strategic go-to-market initiatives for clients in clean-tech.  Prior to consulting, Greg worked primarily in the semiconductor and wireless industries in a variety of product marketing, engineering, and business development roles. 

Greg holds a BSEE from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Texas.

McKenzie is fascinated by solving challenges that cross technology, user needs, communication, and business factors. With over 10 years of experience in product management, marketing, and consulting, he applies a user-centered research & design approach to help companies create and maintain meaningful relationships with customers. He has provided strategy, research, planning, marketing, and information design for clients including Intel, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, and EMC.

McKenzie holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a MS in Human Centered Design & Engineering from University of Washington, where his National Science Foundation-sponsored academic research contributions on engineering design thinking were published by IEEE.

In his free time, McKenzie enjoys competitive swimming, cycling around the Northwest, and playing classical & jazz piano.

Aaron is an experienced, technical marketing leader with a passion for successfully solving complex problems and to tackling difficult situations. He quickly assesses multi-dimensional challenges and rallies teams to deliver creative solutions. He has extensive international experience in strategic marketing and has proven successes in building global partner relationships.

Aaron has worked with customers in a variety of industries and disciplines including aerospace, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, natural resources, energy, and high-tech/software. He draws his experiences from managing large international marketing organizations and small technical teams at Digital Equipment Corporation, developing business with global strategic partners at Intel, and from delivering major software products at Microsoft.

Aaron holds BS & MS degrees in Computer Sciences from the City College of NY and an MBA from Boston College. Aaron lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife Margie, where he enjoys gardening, photography, and taking walks with their dog Sadie. He enjoys travelling with his wife, especially when they are visiting their children in NYC or Jacksonville, FL.
