Xio is a self-motivated and creative project manager. Her decade of experience involves projects in field, event, and consumer marketing, process management, business planning and communication strategy. She began her career in Sports Advertising at Fox Sports Northwest (now, Root Sports) running ads during baseball, football, and basketball games. Later, Xio worked in Marketing teams and the Advertising group at Starbucks Coffee where she shared her enthusiasm for creativity and event planning. As a Consultant, Xio has worked on multiple client projects, including business planning, events and field readiness.
Xio holds a BA in Communication from the University of Washington. She is newly married and currently enjoys decorating and gardening with her husband in their new home. Her favorite past times are entertaining friends and family and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks!

Alison has a diverse background in the areas of consumer products, legal and now consulting. As a member of the legal department in one of the top toy companies in America, she was responsible for contract negotiations; trademark and patents; litigation and overall guidance to ensure the company was in compliance with all applicable laws. This experience has allowed her to bring practical solutions that have streamlined the Recruiting and Resourcing processes at Bridge. She continues to provide process improvements that are seamless and efficient to all involved.
Originally from California, she and her husband moved to Washington in 2004 to enjoy a better quality of life. Working at Bridge on a flexible, part-time schedule has allowed her to achieve a great work-life balance as she can still volunteer at her son’s school and his various sport activities. She is also an avid sports fan so you can almost always find her at one of the many sporting events in Seattle. Go Hawks!
