Tania has worked in hi-tech, government, manufacturing, education, and non-profit sectors. Her multi-industry experience is a key factor in her ability to clearly understand challenges and deliver well thought out solutions for clients. She is driven by challenge, strong collaboration, a bit of competition, and great peers.

Tania is an expert solving tough business problems for customers. She’s built and managed programs across the marketing, sales readiness, training and social/community engagement domains.

Born and raised in Mexico, Tania holds a Political Science from The Evergreen State College. She is fluent in Spanish and also speaks Portuguese. Outside of the office, family time is top priority for Tania. She enjoys reading, cooking, and laughing at her husband's jokes.
